REX Roundtable For Executives

REX Roundtables for Executives is an industry peer learning group for owners and executives of health clubs worldwide. REX has 150 clubs as members in its Roundtables. These range from owners of single clubs both high-end and budget to owners of regional multi club chains to much larger chains of 50 to 200 health clubs. Our members come primarily from North America – Canada, United States and Mexico but also includes members from Latin America South America Australia New Zealand and ten European countries. We operate Roundtables in United States, Europe, Italy and Australia.

Our first round table is close to a quarter of a century old and still retains most of its original members although many of them have grown dramatically in size.

REX welcomes all club owners and club executives who are not members of national chains or franchisees that are committed to their further learning and development and to the improved performance of their business. Members must be willing to share extensively about their own business successes and failures and be committed to helping others succeed.

Each Roundtable consists of 12 to 18 members who meet regularly three times a year. Each meeting lasts 2 1/2 days and involves a significant amount of detailed and in-depth sharing of performance numbers, successes and failures and plans for their future. The Roundtable acts as an informal Board of Directors. There are no competitors in the same roundtable. Trust is high sharing his date and everyone understands your business, your industry and you. Your fellow Roundtable members become extremely supportive and confrontational peers to help you improve the performance of your business and the quality of your life.

The public part of this app is designed for prospects interested in learning more about REX as potential members. The private part of this app is for REX members only. It includes detailed information on the logistics of their Roundtables as well as in-depth materials and assessments for improving the performance of their business and the quality of their life. It also includes 25 years of REX best practices in all aspects of club performance.
